About the Event
Vicarious trauma is a cumulative experience of trauma symptoms and the suffering that can result from being repeatedly exposed to other people’s trauma and their stories of traumatic events.
In this series, we will explore the inner and outer sensations of our experiences- holding space to look deeper into the feelings of suffering that guide our thoughts and actions. Through timely offerings during the workday we will use accessible trauma-sensitive yoga to process and heal in community.
*No yoga mat needed, all yoga can be done from the comfort of your workspace or a chair.
