In this holistic workshop, we'll engage in deep discussion with our peers and practice and learn movement and mindfulness techniques to combat anxiety, isolation, stress, and depression. There are 4 events in this series and we encourage you to take part in all 4 if you're able to in order to make the most of this important practice.
