Our conversation prompt:

1) What are three things that are bothering you today?

2) What would help you manage those three things?

3)What are three things you are grateful for today?

What to expect:

Just come-as-you-are. We'll take a pre-break survey along with a few breaths. Your host will randomly split you into groups to ponder our connection question. You'll also be asked to complete a post-break survey after your break. We look forward to refueling with you soon!
