Our conversation prompt:
1) Write down a list of 5 things that you are grateful for
2) Take 1 of those things and write for 5 minutes about it
3) Share as you're comfortable with the group
What to expect:
Just come-as-you-are. We'll take a pre-break survey along with a few breaths. Your host will randomly split you into groups to ponder our connection question. You'll also be asked to complete a post-break survey after your break. We look forward to refueling with you soon!
